I believe I might be the type of worker you are looking for.

My name is Antero Magalhães, and I am from Leiria, Portugal.
I have a degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia, and a recent post-graduation in Graphic Design, both achieved in my progress through the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria.

So far, I have worked for a total of Three Years in customer service and support, data entry and data processing.
As a designer I have always had an ease of communication, both at team level, and individually with clients, always trying to take into account a good quality control, and ability to solve problems quickly, always around helping the client to achieve satisfactory results.

Furthermore, I am Bilingual in English and fluent in Spanish, having also communication skills in French, and understand a bit of contextual German.

Taking this into account, with the knowledge I have acquired over the years in my work, as a design student and freelancer, and my communication skills, I am also someone who has good adaptability to working under pressure.
