As a Senior Nursing Officer at Pantang Hospital—a 500-bed mental health facility—I have been instrumental in conducting mental health assessments, developing care plans, and supervising both nursing staff and student nurses. I recently designed a mental health counseling tool to improve communication and patient understanding, which has been adopted across units. My experience also includes emergency response, medication administration, diagnostic support, and training facilitation for junior staff.
