Midwife Application

I am highly motivated to work as a midwife, bringing strong clinical skills, compassion, and professionalism to maternal and newborn care. My training and hands-on experience have prepared me well to support women safely and respectfully throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.

I gained practical experience at Accra Ga North Municipal Hospital, where I worked closely with the maternity team and performed duties comparable to those of a staff midwife under supervision. Through my National Service Scheme (NSS), I further strengthened my clinical competence, teamwork skills, and ability to work effectively in busy healthcare environments.

My strengths include patient-centered care, careful monitoring of mothers and newborns, clear communication, and adherence to professional standards. I work calmly under pressure and am committed to continuous learning and high-quality care.

I am fluent in English and have basic German language skills, certified with the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start Deutsch 1). I am motivated to further improve my German and integrate successfully into the healthcare system.
