• Preceding that, as Responsable IT from December 2008 to December 2012, I spearheaded critical digitalization efforts.
During this time, I actively supported the complete digitalization of the central supply chain. This initiative drastically reduced processing times for supply chain activities, leading to a remarkable increase in production efficiency from 20% to 80%.
