Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to submit my name and credentials for consideration for the Business Administration.
I have completed my Diploma, Advanced diploma and Graduated Diploma in Human Resources Development from Gambia Technical Training Institute of the Gambia, Kanifing Campus i.e department of Business and Public Administration from which I obtained Graduated Diploma in Human Resources source Development in the year 2022 since then. I have strongly involve on HR. Moreover, as you can see from my CV I have had extensive working experience .First of all I started with noble profession which is teaching Business Management as a subject at Brikama Methodist Academy School where I gained lot of experience in it. One of the amazing skills I have got from teaching, it increases my courage to stand in public and deliver a speech. With teaching it gives me lot of courage and experience as a results it improves the level of my presentation skills during my Institute time. The kind of advantage I derived from teaching field it cannot be over emphasized in relation to my personal development .I spent two years in teaching field after my Senior School and I stopped it in my second year at the institute which is 2019. Upon completion of my Advanced diploma and Graduated Diploma as well now but awaiting results, I did one month internship training at skillhup . During the training at this place I have been trained in so many things like software called Integrated Customers System on the same software etc. last but not the least after completing the attachment I have applied a job at Jatto Construction Office and which ending of this month of January will be my one year three months appointed as an Assistant HR where our task is to conduct training and interview .
