Dear Trewox ,In this modern era where healthcare is at its peak constituting smart ,knowledgeable and well oriented teams who are only concerned about the complete well being of their patients both in and out of the hospital ,I Elizabeth Owusu present myself as an embodiment of all these qualities sought for by all employers in the world .
Nursing is not only about daily routines but complete knowledge about our patients ,it's not only about serving medications but knowing it's interactions ,side effects and how to prevent or minimise it ,it's not only about checking of vital signs but how to stabilise the patient if these vitals abnormalities occurs ,it's not about only monitoring but being able to detect abnormal rhythms of the heart including Atrial fibrillations,PVCs,Tachycardias and interpretation of the ECG .
I possess all the qualities any health organisation would want in a nurse which includes .
Urethral catheterization,taking and interpretation of ECG,intravenous canulations,sample taking ,serving of bedpans and comodes, administration of intravenous medications and infusions ,the use of perdusors and infusion pumps ,suctioning ,nasogastric tube insertions ,listening to lung sounds ,proper assessment of patients ,monitoring of patients on ventilators ,Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and more .
