My name is Emmanuel Osei Tutu, and I am a 29-year-old registered general nurse with five years of clinical experience. I am writing to express my interest in the nursing position at your esteemed facility. I believe my experience and qualifications make me an excellent candidate for this role.

I have proven experience in managing both adult and pediatric patients. I am an active member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana, with membership number 20EO12669110. I am calm, passionate, gentle, and organized, with strong healthcare skills and a deep commitment to providing quality care.

Currently, I work as a staff nurse in the medical unit at the University of Ghana Medical Centre, where I attend to an average of 30 inpatients daily. I manage medical, gerontological, and various other medical conditions. I assist in daily ward reviews and develop patient care plans using the nursing process. I have experience in several medical procedures, including the insertion of urethral catheters, care of urethral catheters, NG tube feeding, IV cannulation, and medication administration. Additionally, I am skilled in monitoring fluid intake and output and balancing it daily, along with patient education, counseling, and advocacy.

Furthermore, my time as a student nurse equipped me with practical skills such as changing bed sheets, repositioning patients in bed, preventing and treating pressure sores, wound dressing, and maintaining patient personal hygiene.
