My name is Yeboah Elizabeth, and I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Midwife with a strong background in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. With my training, clinical experience, and passion for healthcare, I am eager to contribute my skills and commitment to excellence to your healthcare team.
From my very first clinical rotation, I discovered how meaningful nursing is—not only in treating medical conditions but also in offering comfort, education, and hope to patients and their families. This dedication has guided my career, where I have consistently demonstrated strong clinical judgment, effective teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Over the past 5 years, I have worked at Techimantia Poly Clinic and Boamang Health Centre, where I gained hands-on experience in health care delivery in assisting pregnant women in labour, educating them on personal hygiene and many more . During this time, I successfully assisted in managing over 20 patients daily with high patient satisfaction ratings, and participated in a maternal health outreach program that improved antenatal care attendance in the community. These experiences have strengthened my ability to combine technical expertise with empathy, ensuring patients receive both effective treatment and compassionate care.
I am confident that my clinical knowledge, communication skills, and dedication to continuous learning make me a strong candidate for this nursing role.
