From September 2023 to May 2024, I worked as a part-time Barista at Rustan Coffee Corporation – Starbucks. In this role, I was trained across all areas of store operations, including preparing beverages, handling food and pastries, operating the register, and ensuring store cleanliness. It was a fast-paced environment that helped me develop strong skills in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork.

What I appreciated most about the role was building genuine connections with customers. I learned how to understand and respect individual preferences, and how small efforts—like remembering a regular’s order—can improve someone's day. That experience not only taught me how to handle pressure but also how to work with empathy and professionalism.

My store manager often described me as a fast learner and a reliable team member, someone who could be trusted to manage tasks independently and maintain a calm, positive attitude even during peak hours. These qualities—adaptability, strong communication, and a willingness to grow—are what I aim to bring to my next role.
