I hold a Masters of Business Administration in Procurement and Supplies Management (MBA-PSM) obtained at Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA) which itself, is a perfect follow through to my undergraduate degree, Bachelor Degree in Procurement & Logistics Management (BDPLM) from the National Institute of Transport (NIT).
My current and previous jobs in the Procurement and Supply Chain field with leading healthcare organizations in Tanzania has developed vital skills and qualities that I firmly believe would be beneficial for any of the roles mentioned above.
These key qualities and attributes include:
Overseeing the procurement and logistics function for three offices in different districts.
Prepare requests for quotations, evaluation sheets, local/international purchase orders, payment documentation, and other procurement documents.
Coordinate the inspection of goods and coordinate with local customs agents for the appropriate clearing of imported goods.
Draft different procurement and logistics reports for management use.
