Requirement profile:
* Completed training in a skilled trade

* Driving license B and own car
* Sufficient knowledge of German for communication in a team

Your tasks include:
* Maintenance and renovation work on the building
* Care and maintenance of building technology
* Interior building cleaning
* Maintenance of the outdoor area
* Minor repairs (house maintenance)
* Winter service
* Shuttle service
