The Institut Hartheim cares for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities.
Around 700 employees support over 650 people at our headquarters in Alkovem and in eight communities in Austria.
To strengthen our teams at the headquarters in Alkoven and in the branch offices, we are looking for 3 graduate health and nursing staff
20 - 37 hours/week in rotation, starting immediately

WHAT TASKS DO YOU EXPECT:
+ Activities in accordance with GuKG
+ Collaboration in a multi-professional team
+ Needs-oriented support for people with disabilities with a view to normalization with self-determination and inclusion
+ Educational and nursing documentation and organizational tasks
+ Participation and implementation in the introduction of care and nursing documentation
+ Willingness to plan and evaluate nursing activities (care planning) of customers
+ Willingness to deal with educational Contents
YOU SHOULD HAVE THESE REQUIREMENTS:
+ Completed training as a DGKP, including a valid professional ID in accordance with the health professions register
+ Experience or training in the psychiatric field desired
+ Wound management training preferred
+ Experience and enjoyment in caring for people with cognitive or multiple disabilities
+ Willingness to acquire de-escalation skills
+ Educational skills, special empathy, powers of observation, ability to reflect, initiative and team orientation
+ Completed 16-hour first aid course, driving license B and computer skills
The salary according to SWÖ-KV in employment group 7 is € 3,009.21 to € 3,444.11 gross for 37 hours per week, depending on professional experience and applicable previous service. plus SEG allowance and care bonus.
