For our modern nursing home in Wilsdruff, we are looking for a qualified nursing specialist with a half-time approach to documentation in the predominantly early shift (m/f/d) at the next possible date.
Assumed:
- Knowledge of structured information collection,
- extensive knowledge in basic and treatment care as well as
- the willingness and ability to undertake ongoing and comprehensive personal training,
- Ability and interest in imparting practical knowledge to subordinate nursing staff,
- confident demeanor and linguistic fluency,
- physical and mental stability,
- Ability to take responsibility,
- Creativity, organizational, team and conflict skills.
The main tasks are:
- 50% nursing staff predominantly on early shift
- 50% documentation specialist position (SIS, nursing level management, nursing rounds)
- independent planning of nursing and care tasks,
- Management of nursing documentation,
- Organization of day-structuring measures for residents suffering from dementia.
Other tasks include collaboration in medical diagnostics and therapy, the preparation of MDK resident assessments to coordinate care levels, quality management, maintaining contact with relatives and end-of-life care.
You are offered:
- a permanent employment contract with 40 hours per week, predominantly in early shift,
- Part-time work is also possible by arrangement from 30 hours per week,
- if necessary in a 2-shift system (6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.),
