Our department for acute geriatrics and remobilization has been structurally completed and is already well established among the population. The interdisciplinary care and treatment team focuses on the needs and resources of the patients in order to be able to cope with everyday life at home again. The nursing focus is on reactivating care. With our nursing and professional expertise, we support patients in achieving their personal goals.

We are a very committed and motivated team and are looking for motivated and committed colleagues who would strengthen and enrich our team. In the AG/R nursing team, we offer a lot of nursing scope in which evidence-based nursing techniques and nursing methods can be applied.

YOUR CHALLENGE
* Planning, organizing and carrying out all nursing measures
* Independent implementation of medically ordered activities
* Assistance with examinations and treatments

* Participation in care documentation and quality assurance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Completed training for advanced service in health and nursing
* IT user knowledge
* High sense of responsibility

* Completed military service/civil service
