* A monthly gross salary of EUR 3,346.60 (based on 40 hours including collective agreement and for the 2024-limited care bonus) in the 6th year of service plus variable allowances in accordance with the collective agreement for workers and employees in private health resorts and rehabilitation facilities. Adjustment depending on previous service.
