2. We are looking for nursing professionals who have applied for recognition, whose qualifications have already been determined to be equivalent, but who still have to complete a language test at B2 level.
We offer these nurses a job and organize language courses for a B2 certificate. After successful examination, we offer a permanent position as a nursing specialist.

Your area of responsibility:
- Holistic care, including medical treatments and preventive measures.
- Observe the patient for reactions to treatments, medications, changes in their physical and emotional state and report to the team leader.
- Basic nursing and treatment measures with all associated preventive measures.
- Take care of wound care and dressing changes
- Working in shifts
- Assess the patient's care status and initiate an upgrade if necessary.
- Organize the preventive measures necessary for the safety and care of the patient and follow-up care.
- Maintenance and monitoring of medical devices
- Proper and professional handling of drugs and narcotics including their correct documentation
- Management of all nursing documentation and regular distribution to team management and/or nursing
Service management as part of the nursing visit.
- Transmission of care documentation to the team leader in the event of a change in condition or deviation from the treatment plan.
- Ensuring quality standards and participating in the continuous improvement process

Teaching and research operations at the OWL Medical Faculty began in the winter semester of 2021/22.
