The Laube GmbH "Intensive Assisted Living" facilities in Bischofshofen and Zell am See offer interested parties full-time or part-time employment in the various areas of psychosocial care.
The "Intensive Assisted Living" facilities have several residential places for psychiatrically ill adult clients with varying levels of support and care needs. Our aim is to provide clients with the best possible quality of life and to promote reintegration. Our common goal is to support individual, resource-oriented development and self-determination.
We are looking for 1 qualified health and nursing professional or qualified psychiatric health and nursing professional for our "intensively assisted living" in Bischofshofen and Zell am See
in full-time or part-time employment. (hourly number approx. 23 hours per week).

Your tasks include, among other things, deciding on the design of the individual development processes within the framework of the reference care concept and the internal offers. In addition to the activities of the reference care model, you are responsible for: Individual specific care, interdisciplinary care planning, medication training, organizational cooperation with general practitioners and specialists, holding care groups, regular one-on-one meetings and much more.
We expect you to be able to work in a team, work independently and network and plan together in the interdisciplinary care team.

* Remuneration according to SWÖ-KV, employment group 7, for 37 hours per week from EUR 2,881.60 gross per month for full-time work, overpayment possible according to previous service
* additional top-up payment for voluntary SEG allowance and surcharges for night shifts and Sundays and public holidays
* additional days off at Christmas and New Year's Eve according to SWÖ-KV
* increased holiday entitlement after 1 year of employment according to SWÖ-KV and 30 days of holiday from the age of 43
* free parking and good public transport connections

The minimum salary for the position of qualified health and nursing assistant or qualified psychiatric health and nursing assistant is EUR 2,881.60 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to pay more.
