We are expanding our DGKP team and are looking for 1 DGKP, if possible with a focus on psychiatric health and nursing.

Your tasks:
* You are responsible for the care processes in Haus Graßnitz and Thörl and may take over other facilities.
* You are the contact person for colleagues as well as for customers and their relatives for nursing and medical matters.
* You coordinate and accompany customers' doctor's appointments.
* You take care of the medication organization
* Individual support and support are important to you.
* You have a person-centered approach and put people at the center of your work and that of the team.
* Quality assurance and further development of the facility's content are important to you close to your heart.
* You enjoy working in a team and motivating others.

Your profile:
* You are a DGKP and have the desire to work with people with disabilities. If your training and experience focus on psychiatric health and nursing, you would be a useful addition to the DGKP team's skills.
* You bring ideas for the further development of the facility.
* You have communication and cooperation skills.
* You have high social skills, a person-centered attitude and a high ability to reflect.
* You have an independent, structured and reliable way of working and are characterized by your ability to work in a team.

The salary is based on the collective agreement of the Austrian social economy, employment group 7, at least € 3,321.61 gross on a full-time basis ¿ 37 hours per week including allowances.
Your actual classification depends on your level of employment and your previous service.
