Currently, around 580 employees are employed who are concerned and tasked with the assistance, support, care and participation of all people.
Tasks:
- Implementation of professional, competent and needs-based care
- Respectful, appreciative treatment of our residents
- Competent working methods with care planning and documentation
- Willingness to instruct nursing assistants (m/f/d)
Profile:
- Successfully completed 3-year training in the field of care
- Enjoyment of working with people in need of care
- High social and personal Competence
