NEPOMUK - Practice for children's health
DGKP (child and adolescent care) in 1180 Vienna

We are a new team of four pediatricians and plan to open our new practice in February 2025. For this we are looking for 2 qualified health and nursing staff.

for part-time or full-time employment with:
- completed training as a qualified health and nursing staff
(child diploma advantageous)
- 3 years of professional experience (clinic, outpatient clinic, doctor's office)
- very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- open and appreciative interaction with patients, their parents and colleagues
- willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
- communication skills, stress resistance and resilience

for the following job profile:
- triage and patient care as part of acute and routine examinations, as well as
support for the doctors on duty
- preparation and implementation of diagnostic measures (blood tests, Laboratory diagnostics,
blood pressure measurement, ECG, measuring and weighing, preparation and administration of vaccinations and
medications (corresponding ÄAO), wound care)
- Patient/parent counseling
- Disease management: coordination of medical check-ups and therapy concepts
for chronic diseases
- Team coordination responsibility (training and supervision of new employees,
office assistants and students)
- Hygiene management
- Purchasing of medical products

We offer:
- Work in a dynamic, committed, multi-professional team (doctors, dieticians, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, midwives (m./f./d.), as well as office assistants) in a newly built and modernly equipped children's primary care unit
- Working hours: 20-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday), no public holidays or night shifts

- Payment according to collective agreement (01/2024 for employees of doctors in Vienna), willingness to pay more depending on professional qualifications.

Minimum salary €3,500 gross full-time basis (40 hours/week)
