TURN is a pilot project run by Oasis Socialis GmbH that is unique in Austria and currently comprises three residential groups, each with four social psychiatric care places.
The target group are young people with a complex psychiatric illness, whose care is not possible in a normal shared apartment due to the clinical picture.
We are looking for reinforcements for our small social psychiatric groups (30-37 hours per week): 5 social workers for youth projects (all genders) We would like to get to know you in person if you:
* Have qualifications: social education/social work/psychology/psychotherapy/psychiatric nursing
* Enjoy varied work in a great team and want to learn new things
* Have flexibility, a willingness to reflect personally and are mentally resilient
What do we do?
Through Through social-educational, social-therapeutic and psychiatric interventions, we work on a positive development of the experience and behavior of our residents, which is often impaired by the illness. The main goal is stabilization and, subsequently, de-hospitalization.
Your core tasks
* "full care and education" in the form of supervision and development support in one of our small social psychiatric groups
* social-educational and therapeutic intervention planning and implementation
* resource-oriented support in crisis management
* multi-layered everyday and leisure support
* rotating shifts (including night, Sunday and public holiday shifts)

The minimum salary for the positions as social worker for youth projects (all genders) is EUR 3,370.23 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to pay more.
