The Rudolf Frieling House is a small facility with 74 residents in the idyllic Dresden-Rochwitz. It offers our residents an environment in which they can spend their twilight years with dignity, affection and a lot of appreciation. The anthroposophical approach implemented in the house completes the care provided to the residents.
The non-profit organization has its roots in the Christian community and is a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband and Nikodemus Werk e.V.
We are looking for a nursing specialist (f/m/d) full-time or part-time for our house as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- You take care of people in all phases of life who need support in everyday life due to illness, disability or age
- You are responsible for the entire nursing process and coordinate collaboration across departments
- You support the residents in coping with everyday life with respect and acceptance
- Providing individual and activating care for our residents
- Implementation of nursing documentation and planning
- Compliance with quality assurance measures
- Participation in the professional guidance and support of nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Your requirements:
- You have an exam as a geriatric nurse, nurse, health and nursing assistant (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification
- You show a sense of responsibility and willingness to cooperate
- You are interested in caring for people with dementia
- Teamwork, reliability and willingness to learn are important to you
- You are interested in working in a collegial environment and can identify with our mission statement

We are open to foreign skilled workers. Access to the German labor market is regulated for nursing professionals - professional recognition is required. A language level of B2 is necessary for recognition and employment in our company.
