Tasks we want to entrust you with:
» Management of the hotel restaurant and the entire service team
» Active participation in day-to-day operations
» Preparation of the range of drinks in coordination with the hotel management
» Responsibility for ordering goods, receiving goods, inventory and use of goods
» Induction and ongoing training of employees, interns and apprentices
» Preparation of duty rosters in compliance with legal regulations
» Creation and control of compliance with standards
» Leadership

The minimum salary for the position of restaurant manager (m/f/d) is EUR 2,500.00 gross per month based on full-time employment. Willingness to overpay.
