> Taking responsibility for the entire care process
> Ensuring the highest quality of care according to SeneCura standards - always keeping the self-determination and dignity of the residents in mind
> Active participation in the further development of care and support programs
> Instruction, support and assessment of employees and trainees
> Constant expansion of skills through further training and education
My profile:
Closer to the job
> Decisiveness, judgment and empathy and a high sense of responsibility
> Enjoyment of working with people, respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, families and colleagues
> Ability and motivation to pass on professional knowledge and experience
> Experienced use of digital documentation tools
> Completed training as a DGKP, or nostrification in Austria and entry in the health professions register
