- Ensuring high-quality care according to SeneCura standards, supported by central quality management, modern methods and work equipment
- Independent contribution to the quality of life of the residents
- Collegial cooperation in a multi-professional team, contributing your own specialist expertise and know-how
My profile:
Closer to the job
- Completed training as a DGKP
- Entry in the health professions register
- Initial professional experience desirable, but not required
- Empathetic personality with a feel for people
- Patience and flexibility
- Enjoyment in appreciatively accompanying the Daily planning of the residents
My benefits:
Fair pay: The monthly gross salary is at least EUR 3,009.21 + 231.73 SEG allowance + 135.50 care allowance + variable allowances and supplements (SWÖ-KV) for 37 hours per week. We would be happy to discuss your actual salary (depending on professional experience and qualifications) in a personal interview.
