My tasks

- Actively taking on assigned tasks as part of care and support measures
- Ensuring the highest quality of care according to SeneCura standards - always keeping an eye on the self-determination and dignity of the residents
- Promoting and supporting the active lifestyle of the residents (daily structure, activities, etc.)
- Occasional support for colleagues in other living areas
- Participating in the training of new employees

- Empathy, organizational and improvisation skills
- Enjoyment of working with people, respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, families and colleagues
- Ability to Self-reflection and willingness to develop personally and professionally
- Experienced use of digital documentation tools
- Completed training as a qualified social worker and/or pedagogical training; alternatively nursing assistant and registered in the health professions register
- Completed module on support for basic care

Fair pay: :
- The monthly gross salary is at least EUR 2,969.00 + 212.00 hardship and danger allowance + 135.00 care allowance + 189.00 state funding + variable allowances and surcharges (VSG-KV) for 39 hours per week. We would be happy to discuss your actual salary (depending on professional experience and qualifications) in a personal meeting.
