In addition to eight senior citizen facilities, two outpatient nursing services, three residential groups for integration assistance in accordance with SGB XII and a facility for people in a vegetative state and after severe brain injuries in Schwaan-Waldeck complement our range of services.

We are looking for qualified nursing professionals (f/m/d) in full-time and part-time positions for our "Senior Citizens' Center Weststadt" facility as soon as possible. Part-time, also for night shifts.
Your tasks:
- You care for and support our residents in a professional, attentive and responsible manner in accordance with the latest nursing science findings
- You keep proper nursing documentation and continuously develop the ALPENLAND nursing standards
- You support our residents in their independent lifestyle and are actively involved in the further development of our ALPENLAND quality management
- You guide our nursing assistants methodically and professionally at a high level and encourage them in their development in a strength-oriented manner
- As part of the ALPENLAND family with flat hierarchies, you actively contribute to the jointly set goals and shape your working environment together
Your profile:
- Successfully completed 3-year nursing training (nursing or geriatric care)
- You are passionate about it, have a positive charisma and pursue your job with passion and empathy
- You demonstrate your ability to work in a team and your strong communication skills to our residents, their relatives, doctors, cooperation partners and colleagues
- You are willing to continue your training and encourage innovations and developments in geriatric care
