Your area of ​​responsibility:
-  Professional implementation of the planned basic care service as well as the medical treatment care ordered by the doctor
-   Coordination, planning and implementation of the necessary care and support measures for the residents
-   Participation in and implementation of case reviews, nursing visits, team consultations and service handovers
-   Observing, recognizing and assessing the condition and changes in the behavior and well-being of residents
-   Implementation of suitable measures in the event of imminent danger, disruptions and problems, appropriate information to the specialist on duty
-  Professional documentation of the services provided after self-assessment
-   Observance and implementation of all legal requirements and the regulations specified in the quality manual
-   Social care of the residents, according to their wishes and needs (biography) - in consultation with the MA in social care/occupational therapy and the employees of the nursing team
