The carrier SOZIAL GmbH is a subsidiary of Wiener Sozialdienste Alten- und Pflegedienste GmbH. The assisted living Kabelwerk is an inpatient facility for people with mental illnesses in the 12th district.
The most beautiful workplace in Vienna is now looking for a 1 DGKP (25 - 37 hours per week, location: 1120 Vienna)
Area of responsibility:
- Independent assessment of care needs and assessment of care dependency, diagnostics, planning, organization, implementation, control and evaluation of all nursing measures (care process), prevention, health promotion and advice within the framework of care, nursing research and implementation of administrative tasks within the framework of care and support
- Responsible for care documentation in accordance with Section 5 GuKG in the current version. of the assigned residents
- Implementation of immediate life-saving measures until rescue arrives
- Independent implementation of medical-diagnostic and medical-therapeutic measures and activities according to medical orders in accordance with GuKG i.d.g.F.
- Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to written medical orders
- Visit management (preparation, accompaniment and follow-up of doctor's visits)
- Co-responsible for the interdisciplinary exchange of information, in particular the active flow of information between the professional groups affected within the company and regular participation in case discussions of the organization
- Responsible for the cross-organizational exchange with external interfaces that are involved in the care, therapy and support process, in compliance with the duty of confidentiality in accordance with GuKG i.d.g.F.
Requirement profile:
- Completed training for senior health and nursing service or Bachelor in health and nursing and entry in the health professions register
- Professional collaboration with different professional groups
- Strong communication skills to develop common solutions
- Organizational skills, time management and independent working style
- Recommended vaccinations for health and nursing staff

The collective agreement minimum wage is based on full-time employment (37 hours per week) depending on professional experience according to SWÖ-KV from € 3,376.44 gross per month, plus the care allowance, limited to the year 2024.
