The Urfahr-Raum social welfare association is a modern social service company and is one of the largest employers in the Urfahr-Raum district. The focus of our work is on the care and support of older people. Over 400 residents are supported and cared for in our district senior citizens' homes at 5 locations.

We are currently looking for 4 qualified health and nursing assistants or nursing assistants in our Engerwitzdorf district retirement home All appointments are possible part-time or full-time.

Tasks:
All activities that are carried out as part of the training in accordance with the Health and Nursing Act or the Upper Austrian Act. Social Professions Act and the respective care concept are provided.

Admission requirements:
- Completed training
- Joy and understanding in dealing with older people and their relatives
- Willingness to perform irregular shifts with weekends, public holidays or night shifts
- friendly demeanor, good manners, independence
- Teamwork, resilience and flexibility

Selection procedure for the above-mentioned posts:
- Possibility of pre-selection for administrative economic reasons
- Technical assessment/interview in the respective district retirement home

General admission requirements:
- Austrian citizenship; This requirement is also fulfilled by the nationality of a country whose nationals have to grant Austria the same rights for access to the profession as nationals as a result of international treaties within the framework of European integration;
- personal, health and professional suitability for the intended use
- Sufficient knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written
- Male applicants: completion of military or community service

Admissions are made into a contractual employment relationship with the Urfahr-Raum social welfare association.
