The St. Josef Hospital Vienna is the largest obstetrics department in Austria and looks after around 4,000 births per year. In postpartum care, we have been successfully implementing the concept of integrative care for mother and child for many years. Responding to the needs of mother and child is very important to us. Our well-coordinated team is made up of DGKP*, DKKP* and midwives.

To strengthen our lively everyday life, we are looking for committed colleagues with completed training as a DGKP*, DKKP* or midwife who enjoy taking on responsibility and want to make the most of their professional skills in this field. 2 DGKP* or midwife for obstetrics full-time/part-time

Your area of ​​responsibility:
- Professionally competent care and nursing of postpartum women and newborns
- Planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of nursing measures
- Implementation of the nursing process using digital patient documentation
- Participation in the further development of nursing quality and quality assurance
- Close cooperation with all areas of the parent-child center

Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a DGKP*, DKKP* or midwife
- Valid registration in the health professions register or midwifery committee
- IBCLC / basic seminar on breastfeeding desirable
- High level of patient orientation and empathy
- Enjoyment of working in a multi-professional team
