- Instructor and first point of contact for our 12 supervised employees during their daily work
- Teaching production methods and procedures from general economic life to prepare for the general labor market
- Promoters social and professional integration
- Companion in the development and implementation of support plans in cooperation with relatives and colleagues
- Wish fulfiller and organizer of customer order processing, i.e. order calculation, scheduling and planning of work processes
- Support in the context of nursing tasks
- Flexibility artists and skillfully switch activities between our trades
- Motivator and encourager
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed qualified training, preferably in the nursing field, including as a nurse, special education nurse or geriatric nurse
- Ideally several years of professional experience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Organizational talent, flexibility and service-oriented action
- Empathy and humor in everyday life, which you don't miss out on
- Commitment, empathy as well as patience and tolerance
- Teamwork and communication skills
