WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
* Technical and organizational management of the School for Health and Nursing (higher service with diploma, nursing assistant, nursing assistant)
* Responsibility for personnel management and coordination of internal and external lecturers
* Maintenance and expansion of existing networks and cooperations, cooperation with training partners
* Development and implementation of innovative and target group-oriented training approaches
* Implementation of measures to ensure the quality of training
* Participation in public relations (information events, trade fairs, etc.)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT BRING WITH YOU:
* Completed training as a DGKP or BScN
* Successful completion of special training for teaching tasks or completed nursing education studies
* Several years of professional experience required
* Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements in the field of nursing education

* Very good communication and teamwork skills

* Confident use of MS Office applications
