That's what a Grätzl DGKP does:
As a Grätzl DGKP you live the Primary Nursing concept in practice. You are primarily responsible for the entire care process for your customers in your Grätzl. You coordinate high-quality and continuous care and support. You are a competent contact person in all technical matters - for customers, relatives, employees and colleagues.

Your everyday work:
You work in the home environment of your customers and apply your nursing skills there every day. They build relationships and expertly assess optimal care needs. From this you create an adequate care plan. You either carry out the planned measures yourself or delegate them to others. In addition, you will regularly conduct nursing visits and evaluations and lead team discussions.
