WGSS Immoservice GmbH is the service company of the housing cooperative "Sigmund Schuckert" eG, the oldest and with around 3,000 apartments one of the largest housing cooperatives in Nuremberg. The facility and craft services subsidiary, founded at the end of 2022, aims to develop into a multifaceted and competent building block in the area of apartment and building maintenance and repairs. In addition to technical customer service, WGSS Immoservice is building up its own tradespeople in classic facility management and the plumbing/heating, electrical, painting and tiling trades.

•    Maintenance and control work.
•    Tasks depending on qualifications and manual skills.
