To strengthen our team, we are looking for 1 DIPLOMATIC HEALTH AND NURSING STAFF FOR OUR RESIDENTIAL NETWORK for the Brückl location from February 2023 in full-time employment of 37 hours per week.

YOUR TASKS
- Support in the accompaniment and assistance of adults with disadvantages and/or disabilities in everyday life - Medication management and care planning
- Support in accompanying people with a high need for support and/or support as well as in everyday care
- Implementation of various documentations
- Completed training as a qualified health and
Nursing staff

OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with people with disabilities and social - emotional problems
- Ability to communicate and motivate
- Working independently
- Driving license B and ensuring the accessibility of the place of work
- IT - User knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
