The minimum salary corresponds to the AGV collective agreement (VSG-KV) with a 39-hour week, 5 weeks of vacation plus 1 week of sabbatical time credit. The actual remuneration depends on the relevant previous service periods. Example: With 10 years of previous service, depending on qualifications, the monthly gross salary including EEZG supplement is from € 3,128.50 to 3,814.50 (14 x annually), plus EG allowance of € 194.10 (12 x annually), without taking variable allowances into account.
