We currently manage 60 properties with more than 550 residential and business units in the Meissen, Coswig, Weinböhla, Wilsdruff and Torgau areas. Our field of activity extends from rental to commercial and technical administration.

We are looking for a painter (m/f/d) for our company to start as soon as possible.

Tasks:

- Renovation of rental apartments (woodchip and painting)
-    Coating of wooden and metal railings
-    Mending and painting of stairwells including stairs and platforms
-    Façade painting
-    Thermal insulation
-    Minor cleaning work
