We are looking for 1 social education specialist (m/f/x) to strengthen our team 37 hours per week/full time.

The area of ​​responsibility includes:
- direct, individual care/supervision of the children
- accompanying and supporting the children in everyday life
- accompanying the children to doctors and hospitals
- as well as promoting their personal development and social integration.
- creativity in structuring the daily routine

You bring with you:
- completed training as a social education specialist (on Diploma level such as Diploma in social care for disabled people/family work, qualified health and nursing staff and/or special area for child and youth care).
- a great interest in social-educational work with children
- the joy of working in a motivated team and exchanging experiences
- high empathy and a lot of patience
- the ability to build professional relationships
- the willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts

- a salary according to the Austrian Social Economy Collective Agreement (SWÖ) from EUR 3,138.50 gross per month for an employment level of 37 hours per week, as well as the recognition of previous service in accordance with the collective agreement plus a Holiday compensation of EUR 78.47 gross per month for being available to work on Sundays and public holidays, excluding compensation for night and Sunday/public holiday shifts
