We are looking for dedicated nursing assistants for our outpatient nursing service in the beautiful Schwentinental near Kiel, who would like to support our nursing team and contribute to improving the quality of life of our patients . As a nursing assistant, you are part of a professional and committed team that cares about the well-being of our patients.
Tasks:
Support with personal care, mobility and nutrition for our patients
Monitoring and documentation of patients' health status
Help with medication administration as directed by nursing staff
Accompanying patients during doctor's visits and therapies
Supporting nursing staff in carrying out treatments
Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients
Promote social interaction and patient well-being
Requirements:
Completed training as a nursing assistant or comparable qualification
Experience in geriatric care or nursing is an advantage
Empathy and respectful treatment of patients
Teamwork and flexibility
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Good knowledge of spoken and written German
Reliability and sense of responsibility
