* Completed training an advantage
*Concierge experience required
* Good communication skills in German required for understanding

RESPONSIBILITY
* Repairs in and around the building - interior and exterior
* Small repairs (house maintenance)
* Various minor electrician, plumbing, painting work, etc.
* Green space maintenance

* Driving license B is an advantage
