Your area of ​​responsibility
* Ensuring smooth processes, helping to design efficient processes and participating in the strategic further development of care quality in your own department
* Participation in the operational implementation of the strategic guidelines of the hospital
* Respectful management of employees, overall responsibility for all employees of the ward, personnel development
* Working according to the caring care concept, relationship as the key to successful therapy, ultimate responsibility for the care agendas on the ward

Your qualifications
*Valid registration in the health professions register for the higher service in health and nursing and at least 5 years of professional experience in this area
* Completed special training in intensive care
* Advanced training in "basic and middle management" and courses according to § 65a are an advantage, but willingness to complete them
* High communication skills, confident demeanor and appreciative attitude
* Organizational strength and team-oriented working methods in a multi-professional team
