As a dynamic professional, I have excelled in roles that require strong communication and teamwork skills. My experience as a Checker/Cashier at Checkers (January 2019 - February 2020) honed my customer service skills, allowing me to efficiently handle transactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. I was responsible for welcoming customers, scanning products accurately, processing various payment methods, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of my work area.

My tenure as a Stock Clerk at International Business Intelligence (February 2020 - September 2022) involved preparing and dispatching outgoing shipments, double-checking received stock, and maintaining detailed records of product movement. This role enhanced my organizational skills and attention to detail, crucial for effective caregiving.

From September 2022 to October 2024, I worked as a Volunteer Live-in Caregiver (Private case), assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and exercise. I ensured safety and comfort, prepared meals, did laundry, and managed medication and appointments. This experience deepened my understanding of compassionate support and care.

Currently, I am engaged with the Department of Social Development (EPWP - Sawubona Mhlali Youth Bridge) from April 2024 to August 2025. Here, I assist the Social worker in providing support services to patients with substance abuse challenges, maintain client records, and facilitate group sessions and rehabilitation programmes. I also conduct community campaigns spreading awareness of drug use in communities and schools.

I hold a National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) from Palmridge Combined School (2017) and am pursuing a Social auxiliary worker qualification (NQF Level 4) at Luxe training college for social services (expected 2026). My skills include customer service, cash handling, communication, data capture, POS, SAP and CRM SYSTEM proficiency, computer literacy, organizational skills, teamwork, inventory management, problem-solving, attention to detail, patience and empathy, interpersonal skills, physical stamina, inconvenience/bowel care, safeguarding and risk management, cultural competence, adaptability, confidentiality, and supportive intervention. I am fluent in English and Isizulu.
