Your tasks:
· the maintenance, repair and optimization of the electrical and sanitary systems as well as
of all technical facilities
· the execution of all technical and manual work in the exterior and interior of the hotel
· the processing of in-house repair orders
· the control of our building, the building systems and all building services equipment and devices
in consultation with the technical director
· the implementation of painting / varnishing and carpentry work

You have:
· Completed vocational training
· Professional experience and in-depth knowledge of building services systems, their operation and repair
· Craftsmanship and a wide range of basic technical knowledge
· high resilience and flexibility
· a strong sense of quality and responsibility
· a reliable and service-conscious manner
· an open and communicative personality
· good knowledge of German and English
