Die Firma Kohla wurde 1932 durch Max Kohla in Innsbruck gegründet. Schon dazumal stand fest, dass man sich auf Bergsportartikel „Made in Tirol“ konzentriert. Der Hauptsitz inmitten der Alpen legte den Grundstein für die ersten Produkte. Rucksäcke, Stöcke und Jagdausrüstung waren die ersten in Tirol gefertigten Produkte der Max Kohla KG. Nach einigen Jahren der Entwicklung wurden die ersten Rucksäcke aus Nylon gefertigt, sowie Aluminium als Revolution im Stockbau eingesetzt. Diese Innovationen haben in den 70ern die Marke „Kohla“ zum Inbegriff im Bergsport gemacht. Es wurden nicht nur Kohla Produkte gefertigt, sondern auch Sondermodelle an namhafte Hersteller verkauft. Die ersten Teleskopstöcke aus Aluminium wurden Ende der 70er Jahre auf den Markt gebracht. Das heißt, dass wir nicht nur ausreichende Erfahrung im Stockbau besitzen, sondern auch seit über 40 Jahren die Teleskopstöcke in Tirol qualitätsbewusst produzieren.

Im Jahr 2003 wurde die Marke „Kohla“, die Mitarbeiter, sowie die Produktion von den Gebrüdern Span aus dem Tiroler Stubaital übernommen und die neu formierte Ibex Sportartikel GmbH gegründet. Ein völlig neu strukturiertes Unternehmen, das über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung, Produktion und Vertrieb hat. Es wurde das Portfolio verkleinert und dabei aufs Wesentliche geachtet. Wir entwickeln, produzieren und testen die Produkte in Tirol, können kurze Entscheidungswege nützen, um das Feedback unserer Kunden rasch in das Produkt einfließen zu lassen.

Etliche Produktauszeichnungen in den vergangenen Jahren, darunter auch zwei ISPO Awards (2013/14 + 2015/16), bestätigen unseren Weg und geben uns weiteren Antrieb, die besten heimischen Bergsportprodukte zu fertigen. Wir können stolz behaupten, dass wir eine der wenigen Marken im Bergsport sind, die mehr als 80% der Produkte in Tirol/Österreich produzieren und daher einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz, sowie zur Förderung unserer Mitarbeiter leisten.

1 production employee (m/f/d) (4 DAY WEEK)
Full time (38.5 hours / part time also possible)
