The youth residential community Festland 2 social-educational specialists (f/m/d). Employment for 30-37 hours per week in rotation (by arrangement)

Your tasks:
*Care for young people aged 14-21 with psychiatric diagnoses according to a social-educational / social-therapeutic concept
*Rotation
*Reference care, care in individual and group settings, creation of individual care concepts and goals, cooperation with the system of origin and cooperation partners (including child and youth welfare, consultant psychiatrists, psychiatric hospitals, psychotherapists, training institutions)
*Reporting and documentation
*Everyday and leisure activities

Your profile:
*Completed training in one of the following professions: social pedagogy, clinical/health psychology, educational sciences, psychiatric nursing, university of applied sciences social work
*Interest in the complex and challenging work with young people with psychiatric illnesses
*Experience in the psychosocial field/with the clientele
*Ability to work in a team
*Flexibility and resilience
