The hospitals in the Freudenstadt district gGmbH offer excellent medical care in a family atmosphere at several locations. A basic and standard care hospital with 343 beds including a helipad is operated in Freudenstadt. In Horb, a clinic for geriatric rehabilitation with 50 beds complements the offering for patients. Both locations have various practices as part of a medical care center. The clinics are also accredited as an academic teaching hospital of the University of Tübingen.

A new building for a modern, future-proof clinic is currently being built right next to the existing clinic.

For the Freudenstadt location we are looking for psychiatry (the area of psychotherapy and psychosomatics)
at the earliest possible date:

Health and nursing staff (m/f/d)
full-time and part-time

The psychotherapy station offers 18 patients an individual and group therapeutic treatment program tailored to their illness. The therapeutic aim is to make our patients understand their illness against the background of their biography, to work on the disorders in the here and now, to make lost resources aware and available and to learn new ways of coping.

The concept is based on an integrative therapy approach that is based on behavioral therapy, psychodynamics and family therapy and therefore includes work with relatives.

Your tasks:
The therapeutic offer, particularly accompanied and carried out by nursing therapy, includes:
•    Therapeutic group discussions
•    Relational care discussions (care concept “Relational care according to Hildegard Peplau”)
•    Relaxation training (autogenic training/Qi Gong)
•    Enjoyment group
•    Interaction training for experience activation
•    Anxiety management group, including individual exposure exercises
