Your core tasks as residential area manager are:
- Management of the nursing team for an area with 34 residents
- Organization and collaboration in nursing and psychosocial care
- Contact person for all matters in the residential area
- Promoting cooperation in a multi-professional team

Your salary is based on the collective agreement for denominational old people's and nursing homes in Upper Austria and is currently at least 3,906.77 euros gross per month (depending on previous service).
