What are my tasks?
- In your area of responsibility, you work together with the site managers to ensure good nursing care for the people we support.
- You are responsible for a well-functioning interface between nursing and care.
- You are part of the care team of a residential home, a workshop or in the family service in your region.
- You independently implement the internal nursing guidelines in accordance with our mission statement.
- Your tasks include training and instructing employees in nursing topics and, if you are interested, you have the opportunity to be a speaker in our internal academy be.
What do I bring with me?
- You have completed a diploma or a BSc. in health and nursing and already have several years of professional experience.
- Training and practical experience in basic stimulation and wound management are desirable.
- You are characterized by an open and stable personality.
