Your tasks:

* You care for and look after our residents
* Implementation of care planning and evaluation taking into account the care models used
* Instruction and professional supervision of colleagues as part of the care process
* Joint design and further development of care and support services as part of

Your profile:
* Completed training as a DGKP
* Entry in the health professions register
* Initial professional experience desirable, but not required
* Empathetic personality with a feel for people
* Patience and Flexibility
* Enjoyment of appreciatively accompanying the residents' daily routine
